At Home // Anniversary

Wedding // Pair Tree Photography

Seven years ago I married Marc. I knew from the start we’d be good together, but being married to this wonderful man has been the brightest part of my life. I could honestly tell the two youngsters in these photos (if time travel were possible) that everything is going to be great.

I can’t wait to see him after work and tell him about my day and hear about his. I love the way he fiddles with pandora trying to find the perfect station while I start dinner. If I’ve had a long day he offers to mix me up a cocktail and if I’m on the fence, he whips one up and offers it with a questioning smile. The way he folds the laundry so perfectly and meticulously makes me smile. He makes me laugh every. single. day.

Thank you for being supportive in everything I do, my darling. I am one lucky girl.

  1. It’s obvious from the way you’ve always spoken about him and your relationship that you are each other’s match. A true blessing in this world. I look forward to that unadulterated happiness and our seventh wedding anniversary, our first anniversary even. Maybe we’re already well on our way, because Dan does the exact same thing while supper is being finished! He likes to match the mood of the night, or if we’re having something exotic, the country of origin. I’m convinced it’s a precise science — a man thing. Who knew?!

    Cheers to you and Marc,

    • Heather – Thanks so much for your lovely comment. We do feel very blessed. You and Dan will have a beautiful wedding and years of happiness to come. Can’t wait to hear all about it 🙂

  2. So adorable! I love this. Happy anniversary, Nicole! It’s very clear that you guys are a perfect match – and know how to have fun together, which is oh-so-important. To many more happy years of love, fun, and tasty treats together for you two!
