Jessica of How Sweet It Is is having a baby! You know Jessica, right? Of course you do. So often I see her recipes on Pinterest and immediately want to make them. To celebrate her baby, a bunch of bloggers are showering Jessica with pizza, tacos, cookies and cakes. Wouldn’t you like to be showered with this pork bahn mi pizza? I thought so.

I am thrilled with how this pizza turned out! I topped my easy pizza dough with a layer of hoisin, sprinkled some mozzarella on top and then nestled delicious marinated pork that I caramelize in a skillet into the cheese. If you don’t eat meat or pork, I’m sure firm tofu would sub in nicely. After 10 minutes in the oven your kitchen will smell amazing and then the pizza comes out for a second round of toppings. Cucumber, carrots, cilantro leaves and a good drizzle of sriracha before you dig in.

The more colorful veggies you add on top, the prettier. Go ahead and get a little crazy. Serve with extra sriracha on the side.
